Mesa garages bake, and the older ones are already stained
Mesa’s older block houses have garages that have parked a hot car for decades. The concrete is stained and the afternoon temperature is the design load. Flake with a hot-tire top coat is the usual quote. A thin paint job is how the previous floor failed.
Newer east Mesa sections have younger slabs. We ask the age before we coat. Dust from alley lots shows up on solid colors within a week, which is worth knowing before you pick a glossy tan.
