Tempe garages are small, and access is the first problem

Tempe stalls are often one car and a pile of storage, with alley or shared-drive access. A coating is very doable. Emptying the bay is the homeowner’s real project. Owner approval is required if the unit is a rental. A tenant’s request alone is not enough.

Heat still applies. A small garage under a second story may stay slightly cooler, which helps cure. An open carport is not a garage, and we usually will not coat it.
